Colleen McFerrin

For over 17 years Colleen has represented home sellers and buyers throughout the Bay Area. As a full-time Realtor®, she helps her clients make successful real estate and lifestyle decisions. She is a Top Producing Agent who consistently ranks in the Top 5% in San Francisco, the East Bay, and Marin County. Colleen takes the time to fully understand her clients’ personal and financial situations and then educates them about how the entire real estate, mortgage, and escrow process all work together.

True to her “full service” ethic, Colleen offers practical and creative ideas to maximize her client’s investment when it comes time to sell for the highest possible price or buy a home for the best value and terms.
