Colleen McFerrin

For over 17 years Colleen has represented home sellers and buyers throughout the Bay Area. As a full-time Realtor®, she helps her clients make successful real estate and lifestyle decisions. She is a Top Producing Agent who consistently ranks in the Top 5% in San Francisco, the East Bay, and Marin County. Colleen takes the time to fully understand her clients’ personal and financial situations and then educates them about how the entire real estate, mortgage, and escrow process all work together.

True to her “full service” ethic, Colleen offers practical and creative ideas to maximize her client’s investment when it comes time to sell for the highest possible price or buy a home for the best value and terms. Her non-biased advice is so thorough that she has been known to advise buyers against a property, and counseled sellers to wait for better market conditions.

Additionally, her background in project management and design helps clients envision a home’s possibilities regarding remodeling and updates. Most of all, Colleen is resourceful and creative. John Esplana

Born in San Francisco, John grew up along the Peninsula and now lives in Redwood City with his children Breanne and John Jr.

With Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Accounting, John is an expert in analyzing and negotiating both the property and financing aspects of the real estate equation and has successfully helped over 1,000 clients accomplish their goals since 2005.

John gives back to the community in many ways by serving on the Board of Directors at the local YMCA, fostering puppies for Pound Puppy Rescue of Palo Alto, and recently serving as the Alumni Board President for Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo just to name a few.

John and his children love the weather and the active lifestyle options available throughout the Bay Area.

Abbe Day-Merchant

Since 1996, Abbe Day-Merchant has assisted home buyers and sellers make wise lifestyle and financial decisions. Chris Knox

Growing up, I loved to build tree-houses, usually a new one every summer. I enjoyed thinking about how I would use the spaces once completed. Most of the pictures I drew as a kid were of houses or buildings. I guess I have always been fascinated with homes; I love their design, the way they’re built, and how people live in them. I also grew up doing construction, everything from pouring concrete to painting. It isn’t a huge surprise I ended up being a real estate agent. Homes are in my DNA.

I specialize in helping home buyers and sellers achieve their specific real estate dreams by first acting as their consultant, not as a salesman. I help my clients become very clear and focused on their wants and needs – to see their “big picture” –and then we set about making those goals become reality. My process is all about YOU. That’s the reason I have many repeat clients, and why they generously introduce me to the people they care about so that I can help them as well.
