Catching up with Colleen and John: August 2026

For the first time in many years, we spent much of July simply enjoying quality time with family and friends.

We kicked off the month by celebrating the Fourth of July with John's mom in El Dorado Hills. We also had the opportunity to meet some of the youngest members of our client family.

One of the highlights of the month was babysitting our grandkids, then taking John, Breanne, Ane, Percy, and Ari to the Exploratorium and Pier 39 for a fun family day.

We wrapped up July with a long weekend in Santa Cruz, where our good friends Chris and Molly hosted us at their beautiful beach home. It was wonderful to slow down, enjoy great food, take a beach hike, and spend time catching up.

Meeting Forrest and Emma for the first time was one of the highlights of the month.

Work certainly didn't slow down. We had the privilege of helping our newest client, Taylor, purchase her first home in San Francisco, while also preparing several exciting listings that will be coming to market this fall.

With the fall real estate market typically picking up after Labor Day, it was nice to take a little time to recharge before the busy season begins.
